Daily routine

In order to stay healthy and be able to perform daily operations with maximum efficiency it is advisable to have a certain daily routine.

The right organization of time for work and rest during the day must include breaks to prevent overstrains, increase capacity for work and stimulate further activity. It's advisable to develop your working routine using scientific methods and taking into account your individual peculiarities, as well as the influence of specific working conditions.

Rational alternation of work and rest is necessary for a successful person. Physical exercises are very useful in this respect. Physical training stimulates activity and prevents over-fatigue. For better results people are recommended to spend their breaks in the open air as this allows their lungs to get more oxygen which will improve their brain activity during the day.

Sufficient rest allows maintaining high efficiency and capacity for work, as well as general health of a human. In general, rest can be divided into active and passive. Passive rest is a good sleep. Active rest is connected with a lot of movement, for example walking (like going on a tour) and generally is a powerful means for fast recreation of physical strength and mental well-being. Active rest is useful during the workday, at the end of the day, at the end of the week, during days-off and holidays. At least one day-off during the week is necessary for people of all professions, and experts say that you shouldn't even think about work during your day-off and switch your mind to thinking of something more pleasant instead.
