Improper feeding

It is obvious that improper feeding may influence health, capacity for work, mental and physical development, as well as the life interval of a human. The major malnutrition problems are as a rule the same in different age groups. In the first place it concerns the excess of animal fat and carbohydrate in the food that we eat and the lack of fresh fruit and vegetables. Among the most harmful factors concerning nutrition is the constant breach of a dietary pattern. Each of these factors may affect the human health. For example in case you eat a lot of foodstuffs containing a lot of carbohydrates, especially sugar, leads to worse host defenses and the possibility of oncological diseases. The problem is especially topical today due to the increasing number of fast food restaurants all around the world where mostly unhealthy food with a lot of fat and sugar is served. That's just another case when business opposes common sense. Research has shown that the increasing number of cardiovascular diseases in the USA coincides with the increase of sugar consumption nationwide.
The lack of fruits and vegetables also represents a serious problem for human health as they provide necessary vitamins, carbons, organic acids and other elements that are vital for proper functioning of all systems of the human organism. Very often fruit and vegetables are prescribed for clinical nutrition or diets. Scientists have estimated that a person needs about 500-700 g of such products every day to maintain normal processes of the organism.
